This property has TREES! Include that as a major plus! The frame of the house has character, too. My parents bought a fixer-upper as their first home. It's the one they live in now that I grew up in. Sure, they've been working on it my whole life, but it has always included fun family projects. I will definitely be praying for the choice to be clear - even if it takes many long weeks like the other house. The process of seeking and learning to hear God's voice is so valuable.
